Donation Info


When you join the Sustain Monthly Program online, your pledge payments will be automatically processed. Your donations are tax deductible.

 

Monthly payment: Payments will be charged to your credit card or bank account on the same day each month. You will receive monthly payment statements by email or as requested. We encourage electronic payments to save time, money, and, of course, trees.

 

Record of payments: The amount and date of your automatic monthly donation will appear on your credit card or bank statement and on your receipt. If you made your monthly gift through our web site, you can log in at any time to your account to review your transaction history.

 

Account/donation change: To ensure timely payments, please notify the Donor Management Specialist of credit card updates or address changes by phone or email (see below).

 

Length of commitment: Your donation will continue for one year from the initial donation, at which time we’ll contact you to renew your commitment, enlarge your donation, or complete it.

What are the donation amounts?

You may choose a minimum of $10 per month, to as high as you wish. Because your sustainable gift is processed automatically, we can help even more families while keeping our costs down.

With a monthly gift of $26 or more, you'll receive a free t-shirt and regular Storyteller Family update from one of the families in our program areas.  And, you'll be kept up-to-date about how hard your gift is working in our quarterly OUTREACH Magazine.
