February 17, 2010 -Rebuilding Haiti:  The work continues
We’re committed to staying with the Haitian students and their families for the long haul, even after the media attention has gone.

With a network of 90 schools and support for over 9,000 school children, we need to get school children back into schools, rebuild lives by creating sustainable communities and rebuild the schools.

February 02, 2010 - Haiti child found under rubble tells his story
As the disaster in Haiti begins to filter out of the headlines, we're just learning about the personal stories of some of the teachers and students in our school program. Here is an account from one young student, Seide, after the earthquake hit.

January 22, 2010 - Water, food and aid provided to school children and families
News came from Haiti today that many of the families and children from the schools are starting to receive water, food and medication.

January 19, 2010 - Schools destroyed and countless lives remain unaccounted for
7 school children have been pulled from the rubble. But countless more are unaccounted for as the days continue to pass.   

January 15, 2010 - School children trapped inside school when earthquake hit
We have been able to contact our director of the Outreach International school program in Haiti. He reports five children have been rescued from under the debris, but there are still many more trapped.  

January 13, 2010 - Schools in session at time of earthquake 
Michel Rosier, director of Outreach International-sponsored schools in Haiti, reports that its schools in the Petionville area has been severely damaged or destroyed by yesterday’s 7.0 magnitude earthquake.

January 12, 2020 - Earthquake in Haiti hits school program area
We just received word that Haiti's largest recorded earthquake has toppled areas of the country. Hardest hit is southwest of the island, an area where our school programs are based.
