William (Bill) T. Higdon, Ph.D.

Bill Higdon has had years of leadership experience in management and fundraising, and served as president of Graceland University on two occasions, totaling 13 years. For eighteen years, he was also a denominational executive with global responsibilities with the Community of Christ. After a long career in the educational and ministry sectors, Bill moved into the private sector and entrepreneurial activities.

Bill was one of the original founders of Outreach International, along with Charles Neff and Roy Schaefer. He returned to Outreach International from 2001-2003 to serve as president.
