Randall Pratt

Randall Pratt is a corporate attorney and a founding partner of Life Science Legal LLP, a specialized business law firm serving the needs of biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. From 1988 to 2001 he served as an attorney with Shook, Hardy & Bacon in Kansas City and London, where he led its international business law practice group. Randall received his business degree and juris doctorate at the University of Missouri, and currently resides in the Kansas City area.
