Patricia Anton founded Anton Consulting, Inc. in 2001. Her firm is dedicated to improving the customer relationship management capabilities of select, blue-chip companies. Before founding her own business, Patricia was Senior Vice President of Digitas, a marketing consulting firm focused on customer loyalty.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Patricia lived abroad in Mexico and Canada while working as Director of Marketing for North and South America for Cigna International. Her early experience is rooted in retail and consumer products where she learned marketing fundamentals working for companies such as May Company, Colgate-Palmolive, and Glaxo.
Patricia holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois and a Masters in International Business from the University of South Carolina, one of the most acclaimed schools for international business education.
