Denise O'Neil-Leichter, RN

Denise is Chief Nursing and Operations Officer for RN India, an International Nursing Recruitment company and Advanced Medical Placement, a local Domestic Healthcare Registry. She was appointed to the Outreach International Board in September 2004.

Denise started her professional nursing career at the height of the HIV/AIDS crisis and was a nursing leader in one of the first dedicated AIDS units in southern California, and collaborated on the design and implementation of the ACRN exam. She has been a hospital nursing administrator and co-chaired two hospital Bioethics Committees. Denise continues to serve on various nursing leadership committees in California and consults on Global Nursing practice and senior healthcare issues. She also serves in a variety of leadership and pastoral roles through Community of Christ.
