Outreach International encourages volunteers and paid staff alike to help us achieve our mission.

We train and employ field staff indigenous to the areas in which Outreach International works, because we believe they are more equipped with the knowledge of the culture, and are more invested in their communities.

Careers are occasionally available at our headquarters office in Independence, Missouri, USA, and non-returnable resumes may be sent to Human Resources at our address. More frequently, we offer summer student internships for those involved in international development advocacy, graphic or web design, or those with skills in education and program-planning. Those positions are advertised, and resumes may be sent to Human Resources as well.
